What would Vital Spaces be without offering ‘space’?
Well, we’re happy to announce that we are now accepting submissions for day-use of our Annex Gallery as well as show proposals! Do you need to photograph some work? Plan a show? Teach a class? Spread out a bit? Submit your idea to us along with the time(s) that you’d like to use the space. All submissions will be reviewed, but please note that we might not be able to accommodate everyone’s project depending on time, availability, and fit.
The approximately 800 square foot gallery is all white and features movable track lights. There are 7+ podiums of various heights and sizes that can be easily moved around, and access to a ladder, slop sink, bathrooms, and several tables and chairs. The gallery does not have any windows, so there is no natural light. The Annex building locks automatically and there is 24 hour security provided by Condor Security that monitors the campus closely.
As an organization committed to uplifting and supporting underrepresented and minority communities here in Santa Fe, preferential consideration will be given to individuals and groups who exhibit the most need and/or particularly contribute to the vibrancy of New Mexico’s cultural diversity.
